ABOUT

Lara Carter and Hunter Clagett started and began Battle Grappling in February 2020.

Lara is a Purple Belt in jiu-jitsu and has competed locally. Hunter is a Black belt in jiu-jitsu and is also a professional fighter. He has competed nationally and internationally in grappling. 

​

Both Lara and Hunter also own Bellingham MMA (Started 2010) and share a love for grappling. They wish to build a strong PNW Grappling scene and support and encourage local talent.

Battle Grappling is a group of talented martial artists who work together to put on the show.

 

Battle is an all levels Grappling show, featuring local grapplers in the PNW from beginners to pro-level grappling.
